Does anyone know the licensing status of this movie? I found that it can
be downloaded, but I doubt this would be a legal format for a public
performance. I also found the website of Dharma Productions. They don't
say anything specific about public performance licensing. They're
located in India, so I definitely won't try to call them. Yes, there are
several e-mail addresses for contacting them, but I'd rather deal with a
U.S. distributor, if one of you can tell me who it is.

Thanks in advance.
Marilyn

I sincerely doubt the film has a US distributor. I would keep trying to
reach the folks in India. Keep in mind
something like 98% of films made outside the US, never pick up US
distribution and even some that get
home video distribution do not get PPR distribution because those are akin
to theatrical rights.

Good Luck

Jessica

Given that there are gigantic signs everywhere, instructing us not to move the
furniture in the bar, AND free drinks from 5:30 to 7:00, what you've suggested
probably has a good chance of coming to fruition....

Susan
