Others we've done recently: Hats Off to our Students - decorated with and wore hats Library Survivor: Out-smart, Out-shelf, Out-catalog, Out-process. Hawaiian island party decs Superhero students MVPs (baseball decs)
Staff has option to bring food or pay $10 towards decs/catered food. We buy party decs as needed, but also ask staff to bring in related items that they own. To be more green (attendance is 100+) we've been gathering silverware and Corelle plates from the thrift stores. ~BArb
VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
