We have a faculty member here at VCU looking for the full length version
of the documentary "Our Land Our Life," which used to be available
through Oxfam. From the record in WorldCat, it appears the original
version was 118 minutes. There is an abbreviated version on YouTube,
which she says is "missing vital parts." There is a recut and shorter
version available "American Outrage" from several distributors
(Bullfrog, First Run), but I'm not sure if this is sufficient. Does
anyone know if "Our Land Our Life" is still available anywhere for
purchase?

Thanks!!

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
