Basically you have to track down the rights holder and ask. If they are
feature films that are not actually released in the US market I think it
would be very hard, but no harm in trying. If they are features that either
were never released here or out of print, I would probably see if you can
track down the originally VARIETY review which should list the original
producer./production company.
