Yes. Any legal copy of a video can be shown in a class. It should be noted
that Netflix does have an online "contract" that states its films are for
home use only , though as practical matter I think this would be very hard
to enforce. I believe a rights holder can limit the use of a DVD directly
purchased from them though VERY specific language agreed to at the time of
purchase, but this seems far to vague and unworkable to me.
