Hi Natalia There are a number of ok (altho not great) sources of films from Latin America and Spain, but virtually none of these will be able to sell you PPR.
FACETS in Chicago is a good place to start for domestically distributed international cinema (www.facets.org) (most of the titles in this catalog are also available via amazon) If you're looking for international cinema not generally available from US distributors (i.e. out of region works), you might try daaveedee.com or amazon uk Again...not with PPR. PPRs for Latin American and European films are going to be VERY difficult to secure, generally. I just cruised around the Swank catalog (always a good place to start for PPR searches) and there's almost nothing...
