Hi, all, Has anyone had a problem with disc information degrading for no apparent reason? We have a title from Crystal Productions that appears to be burned rather than pressed. After only 5 circulations, it was turned in, the patron reporting there was nothing on the disc. I tried it out on my dvd player here at work, on the computer and had our tech department check it out, with the same result. Do burned dvds have a problem with the information eventually going away? I had never heard of this, and I can't believe it would happen so quickly. Thanks for any help.
