Ridiculous as it may seem, that IS the beginning of the DVD. The grainy infomercial video is the 'loading the menu' sequence. Hit the menu button and you get what looks like the end of an infomercial - Send $39.95 for the 'Tappy Tibbons Collection' but two-thirds of the way down that page are the conventional play movie - chapter index - bonus features selections. That's the menu. The bonus features sub- menu has the same style.
