We are planning to have an annual film festival or series. We have tried this
in the past but have failed to gain an audience. If you are from a college or
university, I would appreciate knowing the following:
Are the film series thematic - if so do you have the same theme
from year to year? What were the best themes?
Do you do the film series at a specific time of the school
year? What time seems best?
Do you have separate film showings in lieu of a series? On
what occasions or themes (diversity awareness, etc.)

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition,bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
