Thanks for posting. Some interesting discussion of this on line. Indeed this is 
not "video" but since this case along with
the Georgia State case which also involved written rather than video works 
revolves on what  / how much of work can be
used under "fair use" it is on point. There is no legal distinction regarding 
"fair use" between written works or visual works in terms of how they are 
treated . There are copyright issues specific to media ( Face to Face) but 
"fair use" cuts across all formats.

FYI as a point of interesting trivia I know Dennis will appreciate one of the 3 
author/plaintiffs is none other than Jim Bouton the somewhat infamous  ex 
baseball player whose book BALL FOUR is sports classic.
