Danette, The Southern Poverty Law Center produces law enforcement training videos on how to recognize various hate groups including right-wing extremists. I'm not seeing DVDs for sale on their website (they donate these materials to police departments), but the following link has two short documentaries...including one on the "Sovereign Citizen" movement:
