There are certainly bootlegs out there but not sure if they have English
titles. There is no legal US release. I remember years ago trying to
interest Kino in putting it out as they dealt with the Germans who owned
the vast majority of German films up through WW2 but there was a problem
because of the two remakes. Great film. The English remake, FIRST A GIRL
with Jessie Matthews is also charming.
