You wrong? never! ( except about the Mets) Per my post, Weinstein made the deal with Genius to buy the Wellspring Library in 2006 and Vivendi bought out Genus in 2009. I know in the early days bookers had a hard time getting Wellspring titles from Weinstein (would you believe most of the 35mm prints grew little legs and walked into a variety of archives?) but again I doubt Weinstein or anyone has the great Wellspring titles from its prime as those rights would have expired.

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.
