We are a mid-size university.  We had NBC Learn for awhile but found it got
little use.  Most of it is news, and we found that faculty and students
seems to get most of that from YouTube, C-Span, and the like.  We ended up
having to cancel it so we could use the money for more unique content.
That was just our experience.
