The film clearly did not ever have a US distributor so you will have to try
to contact the producer/sales agent.
As near as I can tell it screened at two locations in the US, Sundance Film
Festival and The Coral Gables Art Cinema. They should be able to provide
you with contact info. Here is the contact page for Coral Gables which
might be the easier of the two to reach. It played there in 2011 .

Keep in mind the owners may or may not want to sell a copy to you but it is
unlikely to be at a retail price since they don't have standard US
distribution

Good luck

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
