Just a note re: The Dark Side of Chocolate -- we couldn't get this on DVD where the subtitles were readable on anything but a computer screen. If you have an instructor who wants to use this in his / her class via a DVD player, they're likely to be frustrated.

Maybe the problem has been fixed since we attempted to purchase this (it was a few years back), but definitely check upon arrival. We were disappointed because the content looked good.
