I don't think there ever where any VHS copies. That Worldcat listing is likely a mistake as it shows no copy held but that NYPL ( the listing) does have 16mm. Sadly lots of things never made to VHS or any digital format. It seems to exist only in 16mm. There was a screening of it last year at Brooklyn Academy of Music. You might try them to see if they found a rights holder to clear it from , that would be one way to find out.
