What I heard was that director was EXTREMELY difficult and no one wanted to deal with her in terms of distribution. I see something like 8 copies listed in VHS in OCLC and another 8 or so in 16mm. I think the bottom line is that you would have to contact Ms. Firestone directly but since she clearly is not selling copies I would not get my hopes up.
