Has anyone experienced problems with playback from the Films on Demand database within specific browsers? I've been getting reports from users that it doesn't always place nice with Mozilla.
Our wonderful IT people are investigating, but it's intermittent and hard to reproduce the problem. Bandwidth doesn't seem to be the source of the problem. Wondering if anyone has any insights or recommendations about group policies, settings, or versions of IE, Mozilla, or Chrome that may affect optimal playback? Thanks!
