I guess it won't help if you need something under an hour but HARLAN COUNTY USA is still one the best documentaries on any subject. For something closer to your time frame ( 50 min) the sadly neglected WILMAR 8 directed by the actress Lee Grant. I think both of the above are VERY topical today.
