Hello Video Lib,
The National Media Market (NMM), a 501(c)(6) trade association is
seeking specific proposals
from qualified and interested persons to serve as its Executive Director
for the establishment,
organization, and operation of its executive office and annual conference.
Goals of the NMM include member growth, retention and satisfaction;
maintaining an organization website and membership database;
presentation of effective
programming and running of an annual conference as well as raising the
profile of the
educational motion media publishing industry through partnerships,
promotion and public
relations.
*A letter of intent and the completed proposal, must be received no
later than January 15, 2015.**
**Incomplete submissions will not be accepted or considered.*

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition,bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries,educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
