Dear Cindy,
We work with the Described and Captioned Media Program:
http://www.dcmp.org/

They are very helpful. Jade is my contact. Also, I'd recommend
CaptionMax although they work a bit differently, if you are looking for
assistance with your collection.

Both are very helpful, skilled, and knowledgeable about the captioning
and audio description mandates.

All of our media is captioned (streaming), subtitled enabled (DVD), and
audio described (both).

If you'd like information about my experiences with the two groups or
information about our Biology programming, please feel free to contact me.

Thank you! Good question to start the year out on.
My Best to All,
Gwen

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
