I'm trying to figure out a way to get a copy of this film. I don't speak German but the faculty member does and would understand it.
VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control, preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and distributors.Title: Pagen in der Traumfabrik. Schwarze Komparsen im deutschen Spielfilm("Pages in the Factory of Dreams. Black Extras in German Feature Films")
Director: Annette von Wangenheim
Distributor: Westdeutscher Rundfunk (WDR)
It looks like the documentary originally aired on the German TV station WDR, which is the entity that also distributes the DVD. I checked the WDR website, but couldn't find a way to watch or purchase the film.
