I have a student group that wants to know if screening rights had to be purchased in order to screen an upcoming presidential debate live on television? They want to do a live feed in one of our auditoriums on campus. The debate would be on CNBC on Wednesday, October 28th. I'm not sure on the answer to this question. Does anybody know or should I just contact CNBC?
