There is the classic documentary Cathedral (1985, with D. Maucaulay)
 covers several Gothic cathedrals:  Chartres, Reims, Amiens, Bourges,
Beauvais, Notre Dame de Paris, Laon, and the Royal Abbey Church of St.
Denis.  Not exclusively Notre Dame.
