It is a Paramount silent so Paramount owns it ( note they do not own their
films from 1928-48) thus Swank has rights BUT they likely have no clue. The
real problem would be that they presumably do not have a digital file that
Swank could use and studios do not allow other parties to stream their
films from a DVD. So best thing is to ask Swank to ask Paramount but do not
get your hopes up

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
