Hi, My library has gone a similar route as Sarah mentions where we have some FAQs for copyright and video, but we don't go into acquisition details because so much of it ends up being title-by-title investigation. We also moved to an online form last year for our video requests to help us streamline things. Users receive an automated email with my contact info when they submit a request so they know who to ask questions to while library staff and myself are looking into the request.
