Hi Julia

My guess is that it's a film we at Bullfrog Films distribute to the educational
market called AMERICAN OUTRAGE
(www.bullfrogfilms.com/catalog/amout.html<http://www.bullfrogfilms.com/catalog/amout.html>).
Our tag line is "Two elderly Western Shoshone sisters, the Danns, put up a
heroic fight for their land rights and human rights."

Regards,

Subject: [Videolib] Native American Documentary

Hi,

A patron came in yesterday looking for a film that she saw about five years
ago.
It was a documentary about some Native Americans who were suing the government
for pushing them off of their land.
She said that there were two women in the film and that they might have been
mother and daughter.
Does anyone recognize this film?

Thank You,

VIDEOLIB is intended to encourage the broad and lively discussion of issues
relating to the selection, evaluation, acquisition, bibliographic control,
preservation, and use of current and evolving video formats in libraries and
related institutions. It is hoped that the list will serve as an effective
working tool for video librarians, as well as a channel of communication
between libraries, educational institutions, and video producers and
distributors.
