I just have a simple question instead of getting this stuff into the trouble ticket World it will take a week or so to get resolved... does anyone know a direct personal connection with phone number or email who I could ask to fix the problem ? And no one can find the shipping carton in the storeroom because they're overworked and they have to unload the yogurt before they can get to aisle 7. In the meantime the neighbor kid is screaming "I want my Maypo!" and another micro aggression rears its angry head. Not as bad as "by the way what language are you speaking?"
