Hello all,
I'd like to know if anyone has tried a vnlinux on networked light clients
(for example running a P2 64mb with no hard drive and ICEwm as gui with 2 or 3 applications max)
Thanks
David,
As Tony mentioned you would need at least 128MB RAM to run it. Obviously the more RAM the better.
vnlinuxCD has icewm with it but the reason I do not want to just make icewm only on the CD because it is not very user-friendly (though I use it ;) ) for newbies.
If you think I should make one just for icewm, let me know. Perhaps next release will have it. I did start working on it then abandonned the idea because it lacks the fancy looking and some nice integration that one would find in either Gnome or KDE.
