To my knowledge, nothing sizeable yet has been prepared. One reason is that one of our colleague has been on holidays for all of August.
However, some people on the VietLUG lists have reacted and proposed to organize something in HCMCity. Especially someone from a computer company (I don't remember the name and cannot find back the post) has proposed to do some social activities around the free softwares on that day.
You may try to contact people from SaigonLUG to know more, like "maikhai" ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) for instance.
