I am not happy with FPT. In two weeks my FPT will be disconnected and
VNN will be installed. The main reason I dislike FPT:

And today is a good day. During peak times it can be as high as 80%
packet loss. That makes it pretty hard to get any work done. My VNN DSL
at work is much better with nearly zero packet loss. I called FPT and
they would only tell me to reboot my DSL router. The above traceroute
makes it pretty clear that my DSL line isn't the problem. I tried to
explain the real problem and the guy didn't get it. I emailed them on
this issue a month ago and never got a reply.
