The NEWS file has missed mentioning a change. The default value of
vm-url-browser is now 'browse-url, which is an Emacs standard browsing
function. You need to customize browse-url-browser-function to install
your favorite browser. Do C-h p -> hypermedia -> browse-url.el to find
out the choices available.
