Each command needs to have a leading Identifier so you can match commands and responses properly. Looking at this log below, it's hard to keep them straight. It's also not showing the FETCH commands used, while the DAVMAIL logs do show the fetch commands. I just looked at my saved IMAP trace log from my own setup, where I talk to Dovecot IMAP server and I don't see the response codes from the server either. Well... looking more closely, I see them in the DAVmail logs, where it returns the lines like this: RFC822.SIZE 24025 FLAGS (\Seen)) Which should be ok, but it's not clear how it's formatted.
