if serious historically informed performance is to be pursued then height loss should be the order of the day. this will no doubt require severe paring down of the finger tips to be in proportion with your historically accurate, tinier self but HIP approved techniques in plastic surgery will no doubt do you proud. of course, a life threatening, infectious disease should be introduced into the bloodstream as well - providing there's documentation for said disease (pox, scurvy, pellagra - all excellent adjuncts of HIP.) extended periods without a bath and advanced tooth decay could present problems for the re-enactor but if the whole family comes on board - to say nothing of those in your intended audience who want to get in close and savor the veracity of your performance - i'm sure that after a while "now that's what i call music!" will be ejaculating from everyone's lips.
