It certainly was, Stuart. I enjoyed it. The sound is not bad - I've heard a
lot worse. Sure, it could do with some work - we all have room for
improvement, but at least you had the courage to post something, and I can
only salute that. Try to bring out the basic accents of the dance, and
you'll be cooking! If you keep working on it, let us hear an update.

Your comments about the octave strings not being overly noticeable is
important. I think we get too worked up about 'correct' stringing. I played
Sanz this afternoon with de Visee's tuning, and I live to tell the tale.

Performing music should not be the preserve of professionals. Let's hear
some more recordings from contributors here.
