Initial testing on a Vista 32bit laptop.
Preferences works
Import and export gpx files - only imported one file and export a different
layer to gpx (limited testing)
Dem layer - couldn't really test see below.
There must be something going on with my network provider or viking (don't
think it is terraserver). The map tiles and dem files are taking a very long
time to download. This is occuring both on my windows laptop and my linux mint
desktop. Some of the tiles don't even download. (puzzled and frustrated)
I will test it some more, later. I wanted to let you know my initial findings.
