No, but you could have a look at http://search.cpan.org/dist/Geo-OSM-Tiles/downloadosmtiles.pl and probably modify it. Or have a look at the attached scripts, which can be used to download osm tiles, I think they could be easily modified to download from any tile source, you just have to modify the download url and the location in ~/.viking-maps/ Regards Lixus
