I updated pkgsrc to 0.9.94. I had to add a build dependency on gnome-doc-utils. This should be documented somewhere, perhaps README, and listed in NEWS. (Perhaps none of you noticed because gnome-doc-utils was already installed, but pkgsrc explicitly controls visibility and pkgconfig files of programs not listed as dependencies are not present during configure.)
