I don't think too many people have their user accounts named 'bonnefil' :)
NB I general I was thinking of making this map directory *not* write this value
to the file if it equals the default, since if it is blank then it
automatically uses the default value when read in.
Since the default value changes according to user and/or OS, the .vik file is
then more portable.
One should be able to change maps_layer_set_param / maps_layer_get_param in
vikmapslayer.c appropriately to get this behaviour.
