I receive other "vote" for such feature. I have to admit I'm wrong and such feature really need "space" in viking. Anybody is welcome to submit a patch adding a preference for a default file. If not null, it will be loaded at start time, like web browser does. Note this change is quite simple, so it could be an interesting first contribution to viking.
