Is open MapQuest worldwide? If so, yes we have to include MapQuest as
OpenStreetMap provider and default on it.
I suggest a label like "OpenStreetMap (MapQuest)" as the most
important (IMHO) is that data are the OSM ones and, secondly, MapQuest
offers rendering and hosting.
