I think am seeing what seems to be too many simultaneous downloads from osm, but I'm not sure. Where is the configuring for the max number of requests at once to some site? I would think this should be 2 or 4, but not more. I am wondering if I am getting throttled, and would like to set it to 1 - but I don't see a preference.
