I sent this patch to the mailing list as, even if it is working, I'm not
sure about its technical content.
First, I decided to merge the two Google related configuration options. I
think it is cleaner. Furthermore, I'm already working on a more important
work around "routing" feature in order to add other services.
I also decided to disable the file checking when data is downloaded
via a_babel_convert_from_url function. The reason is this function can be
used to download any sort of data, not only XML. Currently, it is used to
download GPX (XML) and HTML (for Google). An other solution can be to
select the checking function using the input type (with a nice serie of
tests on strcmp). But as gpsbabel will do the check, I'm not sure this
check is needed.
