Hi Robert, running my daily update on https://github.com/rnorris/viking.git ...there are double defined msgid's in po's!
example:

de.po:3718: duplicate message definition...
de.po:1536: ...this is the location of the first definition
de.po:3722: duplicate message definition...
de.po:1540: ...this is the location of the first definition
/usr/bin/msgfmt: found 3 fatal errors
make[1]: *** [de.gmo] Error 1
hopefully fixed it...
