No sorry, this is currently not possible in the current version of Viking.
I agree this is a useful feature to have. Hopefully when multi-select is done, one mode might be able to select trackpoints by bounding box (rather than tracks) in order to delete them. Also what I'd like to do is have some form of 'delete suspicious points', similar to some GPSBabel filters (simplify?) to remove points that match user defined criteria such as high values of HDOP and/or points very close to each other in time and space and/or points that don't contribute to length or shape of the track. This might 'magically' sort out such dodgy points. I started on this briefly, but really need the Undo feature first to restore such an edit (and also for the multi select too). Be Seeing You - Rob. Hi, is it possible to delete trackpoints by a bounding box? I typically have the problem of having a day full of tracklog and i entered buildings several times. Then the position starts bouncing around around the building. Before uploading to OSM i'd like to remove that garbage but the process is currently to complicated so that i simply dont upload. Currently i mark a point before and after entering the building, split the track and delete the middle track left. I'd rather like to use the mouse to open a bounding box around the garbage and remove all those trackpoints and thus split the track in half.
