Hi Ron, it's my fault. I'm sorry. It is attached now. I'm running my Vim on some Linux system. I'm not a root, but with some hint how-to I can report some outputs of my shell -- if it is important.
I use Putty.exe. I installed Vim70e (in my HOME) and realized that the Vim6.3 (I can run in the same time now) has no non-gray VISUAL block. The elflord.vim files are the same (as you've mentioned already). This temporarily solves the problem the way that it is on the color scheme maintainer now. It's probably need only some new combinations of color and inversing. Not my bag at all.
