Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to enquire whether is there still a need for a Vim mirror in Singapore/Asia. We are looking into mirroring Vim on our university network for this country/region. Also, do you any guidelines on how to mirror Vim such as the rsync server. We are using Windows Server 2003, for your information - but will be running Apache web server as well. Thanks.
