Here is the menu_pt_br.vim (Brazilian Portuguese), updated to Vim 7.0 new features (Spell Checking and Sponsor/Register :D ). The file wasn't updated since 2003, and I've changed e-mail since then. Sorry for not releasing it in time for 7.0.000 release.
The CCed fellow maintained the menu_pt_pt.vim (Portuguese Portuguese), based on this menu_pt_br, and I think he should know about this (slight) change.
