That's updated by Edward Fox. The last update was Friday
(13-Oct). He's probably away.
You can also use CVS or get the patches here or at:
ftp.vim.org/pub/vim/patches/7.0
Also, simple one-line shell scripts have been posted to
update your runtime files from 'nix or Windows (4nt).
